Sharpie Fashion is cool!

Today I am making a T-Shirt design. But not just any T-Shirt Design. I used Sharpies to make this!

These are the items necessary:

-White(100% Cotton) T-Shirt

-Sharpies of any color you would like

-Rubbing Alcohol

-Plastic Cups

-Paper Towers

-Rubber Bands(I discovered that Hair Ties work too!)

-Cardboard (I cut a piece from a box)

-Syringe

-Helping Hand(if necessary)

You most likely have most these materials at your home. For the T-Shirt you can also use a light color it just has to say on the tag 100% cotton.

First set up camp!
Put all your materials on a table/flat surface and get ready to make your very own creation.

Draw you Leaves and Stems! Get a  Piece of Cardboard and stick the cardboard in to the shirt.

Then Start Drawing your Steams and Leaves!

After you are satifised with your steams and leaves you can start making your beautiful flowers

-Step One: Get a plastic cup and put it inside of the shirt just like we did with the cardboard. Then with a Rubber Band/Hair Tie wrap it around the rim of the cup.

After you draw the designs use your a bowl and put alcohol in the bowl. Fill the syringe with alcohol. I recommend using 3/4 of the syringe’s holding section so it doesn’t leak all over your soon to be Fabulous Shirt. Squirt the alcohol on your design. IF one side of your design does not have alcohol on it grab the cup from inside the shirt and tilt the cup. this is what the designs came out to look like.

They came out Fantastic!
Once the shirt is dry in the cup area you can EXTREMLY carefully take out the cups one by one as they dry.

Once you have finished DO NOT put the shirt in the washing machine. You have to iron it then you can put it in the washing machine. Why? Because all of you hard work will be washed away in the washing machine.

After you have finished this WHOLE ENTIRE PROCESS. You will a fabulous shirt just right for summertime!

Love,
